To make a deposit on Moonz Investo, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Moonz Investo account.
Click on the "Deposit" button given on the Dashboard.
2. Deposit using provided Bank A/c details over there or copy UPI ID and send the amount you want deposit.
3. After completion of transaction enter the amount over there you deposited as well as enter the Ref. no. / UTR no. / Transaction no.
4. Click on the submit button & Wait for the approval.

Usually it will take 5-10 mins. to get confirm your transaction and reflect on the Dashboard. If not Maximum approval time period is one working day.

To make a withdrawal from your Moonz Investo account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Moonz Investo account.
2. Click on the "Withdraw" tab.
4. Enter the bank details or Upi id on which you want to receive the amount.
5. In the next box enter the amount that you wants to withdraw.
6. Wait for the transaction to be processed and completed.
7. Moonz Investo strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, but it may take up to one business days for the transaction to be completed.

The processing time for withdrawals may vary and is subject to Moonz Investo internal review process. Generally, withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 hours. However, in some cases, additional review may be necessary, which may resolt in a longer processing time. Once your withdrawal has been processed by Moonz Investo, the time it takes for the funds to reach your account will depend on the payment method you have chosen. It is important to note that some payment methods may take longer than others.

You can make multiple deposits as per your Participation plan on Moonz Investo. However, please note that each deposit will be treated as a separate transaction, and you should follow the deposit process for each deposit separately. It is important to note that you should only deposit funds that you can afford to invest, and it is recommended to thoroughly understand the Participation plan before making a deposit.
